ALMOND MILK SMOOTHIE
Ingredients:
4 cups water
1 cup almonds, blanched
2 tablespoons honey

Blend all ingredients. Serves 4-6.


ALMOND-SOY BEVERAGE
Ingredients:
3 cups cold water
½ cup soy milk powder
½ cup blanched almonds, lightly toasted
3 tablespoons raw cashews, lightly toasted
½ teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon honey or 2 dates or a banana

Whiz all ingredients in blender until nuts are smooth. Chill 1 hour or longer. Whiz in blender again. Serve or store in refrigerator. Makes 3 ½ cups.

Note: This is a beverage that can be used as milk or cream. It will keep for 2 days in refrigerator, covered.


PEANUT MILK SMOOTHIE

Ingredients:
4 cups water
1 cup peanuts, raw
2 tablespoons molasses
2 tablespoons nutrition yeast.

Blend all ingredients. Serves 4-6.
